The Bible – Verified by Archaeology

A. In northern Syria, documents written on clay tablets from around 2300 B.C. reference personal and place names that are stated in the Patriarchal accounts of the old testament

C. The capital and records of the Hittites, who were first mentioned in Genesis, were discovered at Bogazkoy, Turkey

D. The palace of Assyrian King Sargon recorded in Isaiah 20:1 was discovered in Khorsabad, Iraq

E. Tablets were found showing that Belshazzar, mentioned in Daniel 5, was the son of Nabonidus, the last king of Babylonia, and Belshazzar served as coregent in Babylon.

It’s scientifically accurate, even though it is not a book of science
It’s historically accurate, attempts to prove it wrong have failed
It’s prophetically correct its prophecies have been fulfilled
It’s impartial, presenting both good and bad of all men
It presents the world’s highest standard of morality
It has never been destroyed despite attempts to eliminate it
